| Step 1: Cut pipe on top of rib using a jigsaw, hand saw, or circular saw |

| Step 2: Slide Riser into pipe. Then drill four equally spaced 5/16" holes around the bottom of the riser/pipe
connection and two across the top. Then insert carriage bolts with washer and nut and tighten. |
